General Guidelines
- CME 7 accepts Case Report, Meta-Analysis, Systematic Review and Original Research.
- All participants must have registered and paid the applicable registration fees prior to abstract submission and must be able to present at your designated time slot. There is no reduced registration fee for presenters.
- The scientific paper must be original and must not have been previously presented at any seminar.
- Participants are limited to a single submission and may not submit multiple entries.
Procedure
- All abstracts must be submitted via the website at cme7malang.com. Submissions by other means, such as email, post, or fax, will NOT be processed.
- The abstract submission platform closes on January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM WIB (GMT+7). Early submission is recommended to avoid last-minute system congestion.
Poster Specification
- The abstract title must not exceed 80 characters, including spaces.
- The abstract body must not exceed 1,200 characters, including spaces.
- The abstract must be written in English and follow a structured format as outlined below:
  - Objective
  - Subjects and Methods
  - Results
  - Conclusions
- For case reports or new techniques, the structure may be adjusted to the following format:
  - Introduction
  - Cases
  - Discussion
  - Conclusions
Poster Structure
- Size: A1 (59.4 cm × 84.1 cm).
- File format: PDF and JPEG/PNG (for preview purposes).
- Image format: JPEG.
- Minimum resolution: 1920 × 1080 pixels.
- Orientation: Portrait.
- Maximum file size: 10 MB.
- Minimum font size: 6 pt.
- Participants are required to include the abstract title, author’s name(s), institutional
  affiliation, and references on the poster.
Presentation Guidelines
- Participants whose abstracts have been accepted are required to present their posters under the following conditions:
  - Time and Place
    The poster presentation will be held on:
    – Friday, April 24, 2026.
    – 08:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
    – Location: [to be announced / to be confirmed].
- The allocated time for the presentation is a maximum of 3 (three) minutes.
- There will be a Q&A session with the judges for 2 (two) minutes. The presentation will be strictly timed by the committee, and the judges will ask the presenter to stop talking when the time is up. Please ensure that your presentation does not go over your allocated time. The presentation will be held in English.
- All participants must be present at their assigned poster location no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the presentation session
